Current accessibility measures, target standards, known limitations and assistance routes for Neon Grove.

These provisions form part of the rules for using neongrovecity.com. Mandatory rights under applicable European Union and national law prevail where they provide greater protection.

1. Commitment and standard

Neon Grove aims to make the public website, account and core Game understandable and operable by as many adults as reasonably possible, including players using keyboard navigation, zoom, screen readers or reduced motion. We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the design target where applicable to this browser experience.

This statement describes the present product and does not assert that every screen or third-party flow has achieved complete conformance.

2. Measures currently included

  • Semantic headings, links and buttons across primary navigation and policy content.
  • Visible text labels for core resources, transaction states and important actions instead of colour alone.
  • Responsive layouts designed for desktop and mobile viewport widths.
  • A global reduced-motion rule that suppresses non-essential animation when the operating system requests it.
  • High-contrast dark surfaces with cyan, green, violet and white foreground accents.
  • Focusable native controls for forms, menus, accordions and support interactions.

3. Visual game artwork

The 3D city scene, animated orbits, decorative particles and SVG world objects are supplementary visual storytelling. Essential navigation, prices, mission requirements, timers and policy information are also presented as text. Decorative art is hidden from assistive technologies where it does not add unique information.

Reduced-motion preferences stop or minimise non-essential movement. Players who experience discomfort may also disable browser animation or use platform accessibility settings.

4. Known limitations

Some complex game dashboards, charts, map-style layouts and rapidly changing timers may require further screen-reader and focus-order refinement. Certain colour combinations in decorative artwork are not intended to carry essential meaning. Hosted authentication and Stripe Checkout are controlled in part by their respective providers.

The Game is continuously updated; a new feature may temporarily introduce a barrier. Reports with the route, device, browser and assistive technology used help us prioritise a correction.

5. Assistance and alternative format

For help completing an account, payment, return or support action, email support@neongrovecity.com. For an accessible copy or explanation of a policy, identify the document and preferred format. We will provide a reasonable alternative where feasible.

6. Feedback and enforcement

Accessibility feedback may be submitted through Support or email. We aim to acknowledge it within five business days and provide a substantive response or progress update within 30 days. A consumer may also use rights or enforcement routes available under applicable national accessibility and consumer law.
