How checkout works

Checkout opens on the payment provider’s hosted page in your selected currency. Accepted card and wallet methods are shown there.

  • Terms accepted before redirect
  • No card fields inside Neon Grove
  • Credits only after a paid provider status
  • Idempotent delivery and transaction history

Returns and refunds

Only unused Purchased Credits backed by a completed checkout can enter return review. The quote follows the price of the original checkout lots, and an approved return may span more than one original payment.

  • Minimum request: 500 Credits
  • The return amount and currency are shown before credits are reserved
  • Reward Points are never withdrawable
  • Delivered virtual items follow the Refund Policy

Neon Grove verifies every completed payment before adding Purchased Credits. Purchased Credits are virtual in-game currency, not e-money or an investment.
